Parents you are very brave!

I mean it, it's so hard to be a parent nowadays with all the injunctions and conflicting advice everywhere in ads, magazines, social media, at the pub or outside the church...

Everyone has an opinion, everyone would do better than you.

You're doing your best if you're following your instincts and listening to your gut feeling.

You're doing your best if you're hardworking, if you spend quality time at home with your kids and spouse every so often, if you're able to drop your smart phone for up to 2 hours at a time.

It's ok to be overwhelmed, kids came to your life with no instructions and turned it inside out.

Trust yourselves, remember what you dreamed of when you started a family and make it happen!
